This is the very rare Nagano Grape Pocky, that is a regional Pocky.
Nagano (長野市 Nagano-shi) is located on the main Japanese island of Honshū. It is famous for a 7th century buddist temple, and the region also produces grapes which are used to created Japanese Shinshū Wine (信州ワイン).
Nagano Pocky is a grape flavored regional Pocky, that features a biscuit stick covered in thick frosting, which is studded with grape flakes.
The texture is not unlike the Tsubu Tsubu range of Pocky, that features bits of fruit studded throughout the frosted covering on the stick.
Regional Pocky is like the Holy Grail for Pocky hunters, near impossible to get outside of Japan, and they appear in limited edition runs.
